NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AS REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF JASPER ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 85

PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF JASPER ZONING ORDINANCE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Planning Commission of the City of Jasper, that a public hearing will be held in the Jasper Council Room, 105 Wall Street East, Jasper, Minnesota at 7:30pm on Tuesday, April 08, 2025, to consider a conditional use application from Amy Hamann for 110 Wall Street W, who is proposing to convert a store front building into a bar with on and off liquor sales. This property is legally described as O.P. of Jasper Lots 5 & 6 BLK 5 Q54 within the City of Jasper, Minnesota. It is also required under Zoning Ordinance 505 Conditional Use Permits and 606 General Business District of the City of Jasper Zoning Ordinance that a conditional use permit be obtained before a bar can be allowed.

Any and all persons desiring to be heard on this matter should be present at the hearing, or present their comments in writing prior to the hearing at the Jasper City Office. Signed written comments may be left at the City Office or mailed to City of Jasper, P.O. Box 277, Jasper, MN 56144, Attn: Zoning Administrator.
