NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REVISION OF JASPER ZONING ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given by the City of Jasper Council, that a public hearing will be held in the Jasper City Council Room, Jasper City Office Building, 105 Wall St. East, Jasper Minnesota on Tuesday, the 21st Day of July, at 7:30pm. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the revision of certain ordinances, to be known collectively as the Jasper Zoning Ordinance. Said revisions relate to Sections 2 – Intent and Purpose, Section 3 – Rules, Definitions, Section 4 – General Provisions, Section 5 – Administration, Section 6 – Zoning Districts and District Provisions, Section 7 – Performance Standards, and Section 8 – Enforcement.
Please be advised, that this published notice Is a summary only. The full text of the Jasper City Zoning Ordinances, and all ordinances remaining in effect, are available for public inspection at Jasper City Hall, 105 East Wall, Jasper, Minnesota, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.
